Lindsay Braithwaite

Lindsay Braithwaite is an expert in the field of emotional intelligence and self-development, with over 30 years’ experience across multiple industries. Her knowledge set is underpinned by the application of neuroscience across the areas of leadership, EQ, mindfulness, self-awareness, well-being, and stress management. Her background is in education, and she is a qualified coach, and holds a post-graduate degree through Stellenbosch University’s Medical Faculty in MBSR (Mindfulness-based stress reduction).

Sarah Holmes

Sarah Holmes is an experienced Well-being Facilitator and Life Coach, Business Coach and Health Coach. Her background is in psychology, human resources, neuroscience, and wellbeing. She is currently enrolled in her Masters’ studies in Neuroscience and Mental Health with King’s College London. Her passion is providing corporate organisations with insights into the link between employee wellbeing and optimal performance. Sarah stands by the notion that the key to thriving in the corporate environment is understanding how to maximise the brain and body’s performance, through the application of neuroscience.
